**Job Title**: Vice President, Operations
**Role Summary**:
Lead enterprise‑grade operational infrastructure for a high‑growth SaaS company, ensuring secure, resilient, and compliant execution across all business functions. Own the design, documentation, and enforcement of policies, procedures, and controls while driving automation, AI integration, and data‑quality excellence to support scalable growth and revenue per employee (RPE) optimization.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver SOC 2 compliance and robust risk management across all operations.
- Transition the organization from product‑centric to capability‑centric operations, establishing end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash and Product‑to‑Quote lifecycles.
- Achieve measurable efficiency gains (3–5 production automation wins in year 1) and maintain high RPE.
- Serve on the executive team, influencing product strategy, revenue growth, and long‑term operational direction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain the company SOP framework (“The AV Way”) with RACI, version control, audits, and adoption KPIs.
- Map, optimize, and enforce data flows between CRM, CPQ, billing, CX, and engineering; set SLAs, reconciliation, and alerting.
- Lead RevOps, BizOps, Internal Automation & Integration, Training & Enablement, and Product Operations functions.
- Drive the ERP modernization initiative, governing Quote‑to‑Cash and Product Development‑to‑Quote lifecycles.
- Create and execute an automation roadmap with ROI tracking; publish Ops/AI scorecards and meet quarterly EOS Rocks.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure launch readiness, continuous feedback loops, and release readiness.
- Manage vendors, internal controls, and operational reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and AI literacy through training and enablement.
**Required Skills**:
- 10+ years senior operations leadership in high‑growth SaaS/tech environments.
- Proven experience deploying automation and AI (LLMOps/MLOps) in production.
- Deep knowledge of SOC 2, enterprise risk management, and data governance.
- Strong understanding of CRM, CPQ, billing, and customer‑support stacks.
- Expertise in EOS, RACI mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent change leadership, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Financial acumen for SaaS/usage‑based billing models and RPE optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results‑oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred but not mandatory.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
- SOC 2 Lead Assessor or equivalent certification preferred.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar operational excellence frameworks are a plus.
