Job Description
Job title: International Account Executive – DACH (Digital Trust SaaS) Role Summary: Drive revenue growth in the DACH region for a digital trust SaaS platform by managing enterprise accounts, converting leads, and expanding existing client relationships. Expectations: • 5+ years B2B enterprise sales experience in European markets, close‑deal focus. • Native‑level German (C2+) and fluent English; additional European languages a plus. • Proven full sales cycle capability (prospecting to upsell). • Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with solution orientation. • Strong negotiation, listening, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Own and grow the sales pipeline through inbound, outbound, and partner channels. • Prospect, qualify, present, close, and upsell to mid‑ to large‑enterprise clients. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and articulate solution value. • Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure client success. • Accurately forecast revenue, maintain high‑quality CRM data, and meet quota. Required Skills: • B2B enterprise sales, complex deal navigation. • Advanced German language proficiency (C2+). • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Excellent negotiation, communication, and listening abilities. • Self‑motivated, adaptable, results‑driven in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment. • Proactive, solution‑oriented, entrepreneurial. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. No specific certifications required.
