Job Description
**Job Title** Coordinator, CBS Sports Marketing Operations **Role Summary** Coordinate marketing operations for CBS Sports, overseeing promotional materials, vendor relationships, system maintenance, and support for internal teams and external partners. **Expectations** Deliver timely, high‑quality marketing support, manage inventory and vendor documentation, and maintain up‑to‑date systems to enable seamless marketing execution across departments. **Key Responsibilities** - Create, inventory, and quality‑control promotional merchandise and marketing assets. - Maintain department Airtable base and SharePoint schedules, updating content as needed. - Interface with CBS Sports divisions, Paramount partners, leagues, and marketing vendors. - Submit invoices, track payment status, and manage vendor contact and RFP information. - Assist production of marketing materials for Sales, Distribution, Client Events, and other teams, ensuring brand consistency. - Support Creative Content / On‑Air Promos team with operational tasks. - Communicate Programming and PR updates to Marketing and Creative Services teams. - Provide day‑to‑day marketing support and coordinate projects as requested. - Assist EVP of Marketing with administrative duties (expenses, scheduling, travel, agendas). **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and project‑management abilities; multitasking under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint). - Experience with Airtable; Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident, outgoing, self‑motivated. - Problem‑solving and creative thinking. - Passion for marketing, sports, and television; knowledge of major pro/college sports and CBS Sports properties. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience (internships considered).
