Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Development Manager (F/M) Role Summary Solely own end‑to‑end business development for a professional cleaning services group, driving revenue growth across mid‑to‑large accounts. Orchestrate client acquisition, tailor solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee delivery coordination while maintaining service quality and environmental standards. Expactations - Operate with full autonomy from needs assessment to signed contract. - Deliver measurable sales targets and contribute to the group’s financial objectives. - Provide regular performance reporting to senior commercial leadership. - Champion the company’s commitment to sustainability and safety in every engagement. Key Responsibilities - Promote the group’s portfolio (Corser Propreté, Poher Propreté, Richard Propreté) to prospective clients in the Finistère and Morbihan regions. - Conduct proactive prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events. - Diagnose client needs through site audits and stakeholder interviews. - Prepare detailed site assessments, quantitative proposals, and technical offers. - Negotiate pricing, schedules, scope, and profitability terms. - Draft commercial proposals, contracts and coordinate the contract signing process. - Negotiate, liaise and drive implementation with internal teams to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. - Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, reporting findings to the commercial director. Required Skills - Proven experience in B2B service sales, preferably in cleaning or facility services. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel modeling skills for pricing and cost analysis. - Competence with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting. - Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities with medium‑ to large‑account clients. - Superior written communication for proposals, reports, and internal coordination. - Self‑motivation, independence, and ability to work across multiple departments. - Team‑oriented mindset with a customer‑service focus and results orientation. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related technical field. - Commercial or technical qualification, with a strong commercial acumen. - Familiarity with ISO 14001 or other environmental standards is desirable, not mandatory.
