**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** The Account Executive supports the accounts team by managing small‑to‑medium client programs and contributing to larger projects. The role involves client liaison, program execution, budgeting, team leadership, and continuous process improvement to deliver high‑quality results and maintain client satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Execute client programs with precision, meeting timelines and quality standards. - Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the primary touchpoint throughout planning, execution, and wrap‑up. - Manage program budgets accurately, reconcile expenses, and provide financial transparency to clients. - Lead onsite and in‑office execution teams, training and supervising Brand Ambassadors or Coordinators as needed. - Proactively identify operational challenges and propose effective improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationships** – Understand client needs, maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, share industry trends, analyze consumer data, and act as client extension. - **Team Collaboration** – Coordinate with internal partners and suppliers, provide tools and information, train and lead team members, and communicate regularly with managers. - **Financial Management** – Develop and maintain budgets for small/medium programs, own components of larger budgets, reconcile expenditures, and manage vendor purchases. - **Business Operations** – Identify workflow inefficiencies, support internal committees, and assist with ancillary client or agency projects. **Required Skills:** - 2–5 years of marketing or agency experience in client‑facing program execution. - Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and time‑management. - Adaptability, problem‑solving, and organizational excellence. - Budgeting and financial reconciliation proficiency. - Ability to build rapport internally and externally. - Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends. - Proficiency with Microsoft O365, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (required). - Preferred certifications: HubSpot Inbound, Google Ads, or equivalent marketing credentials (optional).
