Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Manager OTC – Benelux **Role Summary** Lead the commercialization and ongoing management of over‑the‑counter product lines in Belgium and Luxembourg. Drive marketing strategy, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and ensure market success from development through lifecycle. **Expectations** - Partner with sales to build a strong opportunity pipeline. - Provide commercial recommendations for new projects based on robust business cases. - Work closely with R&D and supply chain to support successful product launches. - Own the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to vision setting. - Define, execute, and assess all marketing, promotion, and communication activities. - Maintain expertise in competitive landscape and industry trends. - Analyse brand performance and marketing ROI. - Lead agency relationships and internal communications. - Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholder engagement. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute marketing strategies for OTC products in Benelux. - Manage product lifecycle, prioritising customer needs and business objectives. - Coordinate new product introductions with R&D and supply chain. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional events. - Benchmark competitors and monitor industry developments. - Report and analyse sales data, marketing performance, and ROI. - Lead media agency briefings and day‑to‑day collaboration. - Prepare presentations and training for the sales team. - Manage KOL relationships and influence. - Travel as required, including overnight stays. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years in product management (OTC/Rx preferred), ideally in wound care. - Dutch native speaker; fluent in English and French (written & spoken). - Strong analytical skills – Excel, Power BI, or similar. - Excellent planning, organization, and event coordination. - Strong verbal & written communication across all levels. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of owning projects. - Customer‑focused, with experience in field market analysis. - Comfortable with travel and overnight stays. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Any additional certifications in product or marketing management are advantageous.

Drive business growth through account mapping, tender negotiations, market insight exploitation, and commercial strategy development while supporting the sales team and cultivating internal and external partnerships. Expactations: - Deliver measurable increase in new business and revenue growth in the assigned territory. - Maintain accurate account plans, tender participation, and procurement strategy alignment. - Provide timely market intelligence and ROI analyses to guide product launch and sales strategies. - Foster strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare decision‑makers. Required Skills: - 5–10 years experience in pharma/medical device sales, account development, and KOL engagement. - Deep understanding of the South Belgium & Luxembourg purchasing dynamics, tender procedures, and regulatory environment. - Strong negotiation, oral and written communication, and customer‑focus skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad. - Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge considered an asset. - Data‑savvy with the ability to perform quantitative analysis and ROI calculations. - Valid driving licence.
