**Job Title:** Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre Projects **Role Summary:** Lead full ownership of electrical packages for mission‑critical data centre projects, serving as the primary client‑facing representative. Drive delivery, safety, quality, and program timelines while coordinating contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver electrical packages on schedule, within budget, and to client quality standards. - Maintain proactive communication with the client and internal stakeholders. - Ensure safety and commissioning readiness throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the client‑facing lead for electrical delivery on data centre projects. - Lead project meetings, report progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. - Coordinate all electrical contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams. - Oversee on‑site safety, quality control, and program adherence. - Support commissioning readiness and handover (Cx) interfaces. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager, preferably in data centre or mission‑critical environments. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems for high‑availability projects. - Excellent client‑facing and assertive communication skills. - Ability to lead meetings, manage risks, and drive mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with commissioning processes and high‑standards work ethic. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Not specified in the posting; typically a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is expected. - Relevant project management or industry certifications (e.g., PMP, IEC) are advantageous but not mandated.
