Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive client success for a portfolio of charity partners, acting as the primary liaison between the organization and its members. Provide strategic support, maintain regular contact, and work collaboratively with internal teams to maximize fundraising outcomes. Expactations: - Deliver exceptional client service to all assigned charity accounts. - Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with partners. - Utilize the company’s CRM to create resources, offer technical guidance, and track account health. - Coordinate and lead regular video conferences to share strategic insights and sector trends. - Collaborate with broader partnerships and account teams to enhance service delivery and identify improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a defined portfolio of charity accounts and serve as the main point of contact. - Provide ongoing support and actionable advice to enable partners to maximize fundraising. - Schedule and conduct regular video calls, delivering sector updates and strategic guidance. - Develop and disseminate technical resources and best‑practice materials through the CRM. - Monitor account status, ensuring all members are informed of progress and opportunities. - Gather feedback on services and propose enhancements to the offerings. - Assist account managers and other internal teams as required to meet partnership objectives. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Proven relationship‑management skills and client‑centric mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished presentation skills. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multi‑task across several accounts. - Quick learner with the ability to independently lead meetings and workshops. - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools. - Collaborative spirit and willingness to work cross‑functionally. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field. - Proficiency with CRM software; formal certification is optional but preferred.
