Co‑Founder – Sustainable Marketplace & Strategic Partnerships
**Role Summary**
Lead the fundraising and partnership strategy for a video‑commerce platform focused on eco‑friendly products, driving capital acquisition, and building relationships with impact investors, VCs, and sustainable brands to scale the marketplace globally.
**Expectations**
- Secure equity or debt financing from VCs, impact investors, institutional investors, or family offices.
- Forge and manage strategic alliances with sustainable brands, marketplaces, and certification bodies.
- Shape product and market strategy with the founding team, ensuring alignment with sustainability and impact goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital‑raising plan, including investor outreach, pitch decks, and negotiations.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with sustainable brands, marketplaces, and certification organizations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partner offerings and enhance user experience.
- Provide strategic counsel on growth initiatives, market expansion, and investment opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings to raise brand awareness and secure new relationships.
