Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Role Summary
Strategic leader responsible for steering a multi‑site logistics and industrial services company through transformative growth, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and stakeholder alignment while fostering a culture of accountability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Co‑create, communicate, and implement the company’s turnaround and growth strategy in partnership with the Board and senior management.
- Direct change management initiatives to evolve the business model and align multi‑site operations.
- Lead commercial, marketing, and new‑market development; identify diversification levers and execute offensive growth plans.
- Manage financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, and KPI development aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build, mentor, and empower the management and operational teams; establish clear goals, delegate responsibly, and drive skill development.
- Oversee human‑resources functions: recruitment, training, social relations, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
- Guide IT strategy and governance in collaboration with the Chief Information Officer.
- Champion CSR, quality‑of‑life, and sustainability initiatives to embed responsible business practices.
- Serve as the company’s external ambassador to key clients, suppliers, industry bodies, and public authorities.

Required Education & Certifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Supply‑Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 + years of senior executive experience in logistics, industrial services, or related sectors.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent leadership credentials are desirable.
