Job title: IAM Architect (Ping Identity) Role Summary: Architect, design, and implement IAM solutions on the Ping Identity Platform for enterprise customers. Responsibilities encompass client discovery, technical specification development, solution architecture, and full implementation lifecycle, with ongoing support for CIAM and W/IAM environments. Expectations: - Deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions that meet business objectives and compliance requirements. - Lead design‑to‑implementation projects, ensuring integration with legacy and cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate cross‑functionally, advise on best practices and migration roadmaps, and maintain solution documentation and roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Design, architect, and deploy Ping Identity‑based solutions (PingOne, PingGateway, PingAM). - Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and guide architectural decisions. - Translate business needs into technical designs, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and related protocols. - Develop greenfield or brownfield migration strategies for CIAM and W/IAM scenarios. - Produce architecture proposals assessing fit, risks, impacts, and delivery recommendations. - Maintain and evolve technical roadmaps, manage technology risk, and contribute to practice development. Required Skills: - Hands‑on architecture expertise with Ping Identity platform and products. - Deep knowledge of PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, PingGateway, and PingAM (ForgeRock equivalents). - Strong understanding of identity authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML). - Experience in DevOps practices, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement. - Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. - Knowledge of broader cybersecurity principles and cloud integrations. - Software development background. Job title: IAM Consultant (Ping Identity) Role Summary: Senior engineer/consultant with a minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Ping Identity (formerly ForgeRock) solutions, including PingAM, PingGateway, PingDS, and PingIDM. Expectations: * Drive end‑to‑end deployment of Ping platform components in cloud and on‑premise environments. * Apply industry protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM) and secure coding practices. * Mentor junior staff, serve as on‑call escalation point. * Ensure solutions align with security best practices, target state architecture, and organisational policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and deploy secure Ping Identity solutions using JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and LDAP. 2. Operate and maintain the Ping platform with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. 3. Validate solution changes, perform impact analysis, and document configuration and architecture. 4. Provide technical leadership during incidents, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action. 5.
