Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary: Senior enterprise sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth of Picus Security’s SaaS security validation platform in the UK market by managing complex B2B deals and nurturing strategic partner relationships. Expactations: • Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas (HQL/SQL conversion) • Develop and execute a territory strategy that targets high‑value cybersecurity prospects • Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting • Act as a product advocate, translating technical value into business outcomes for C‑suite clients • Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, marketing, and post‑sale teams to close deals and maximize upsell opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and qualify new enterprise opportunities through account‑based outreach and partner referrals • Conduct consultative discovery and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Picus value proposition • Negotiate and close multi‑year contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines • Partner with channel partners, resellers and integrators to co‑sell and accelerate pipeline velocity • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive positioning and product enhancements • Maintain accurate activity logs, opportunity stages and revenue forecasts in the CRM system Required Skills: • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity • Expertise in complex, consultative selling and closing large, multi‑stakeholder deals • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (advanced written & verbal) • Proven ability to build trust with C‑level executives and influence buying decisions • Data‑driven mindset: use metrics to inform decisions and improve sales performance • Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams, comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment • High integrity, self‑motivation and resilience in a results‑oriented culture Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) highly desirable but not mandatory • Continuous learning in modern cybersecurity trends and sales methodology.
