Job Description
**Job Title:** Prescriber Partnerships Manager **Role Summary:** Drive business growth for Amelis home‑care services by prospecting, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with prescribers (social workers, health managers, municipalities, CCAS, clinics, etc.) across the Centre‑West region of France. Operate autonomously, meet sales targets, and maintain a high‑quality partnership pipeline. **Expectations:** - Achieve annual revenue and new‑partner acquisition targets. - Expand and retain a network of prescribers within the assigned territory. - Provide accurate, data‑driven reporting to regional management. - Represent Amelis professionally in the field and uphold company standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect new prescribers through cold calls, meetings, and events. - Negotiate and close partnership agreements that generate service volume. - Manage and grow existing prescriber relationships, offering tailored solutions. - Conduct regular territory visits (Angers, Nantes, Saint‑Nazaire, Tours, Orléans, Le Mans). - Maintain and update the internal CRM system with activity and results. - Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports to the Regional Manager and relevant agencies. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with partner expectations. **Required Skills:** - Strong commercial development mindset and proven sales track record. - Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency with standard IT tools and CRM platforms. - High level of autonomy, organization, and persistence. - Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (valid driver’s license required). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Commercial training or equivalent post‑secondary qualification (minimum Bac+2) in the medico‑social field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnership or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or social services. - Valid Category B driving licence.
