Drive regulatory authorisation processes, cross-functional project delivery, and governance model development. **Expectations:** Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Requires proven experience in regulatory project management within Lloyd’s or UK insurance markets, PRA/FCA authorisation expertise, and hands-on setup/management of MGAs or intermediaries. Must demonstrate strong stakeholder management and deadline-driven execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end authorisation submissions for Lloyd’s Managing Agent to PRA/FCA. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (underwriting, IT, finance) and external stakeholders for project delivery. - Develop and maintain regulatory project plans with transparent tracking of milestones and deliverables. - Execute operational resilience initiatives: BIA, scenario testing, and business mapping. - Design compliance governance frameworks aligned with FCA and Lloyd’s standards. - Author monitoring plans, risk registers, policies, and audit-ready documentation. - Deliver SMCR accountability frameworks and enhance regulatory reporting accuracy/timeliness. - Conduct remediation plans, gap analyses, and support internal/external audits. - Provide executive/Board-level updates on regulatory progress and readiness. **Required Skills:** - Regulatory compliance in insurance (Lloyd’s or UK market). - Project management (PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent). - PRA/FCA regulatory frameworks and Lloyd’s governance. - Operational resilience implementation. - Cross-functional stakeholder coordination. - Technical writing and documentation for compliance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. - PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification. - Direct experience with PRA/FCA authorisations and MGA/intermediary setup.
