As the inaugural commercial executive, you will execute outbound prospecting, consultative demos, negotiation, and close deals to drive monthly recurring revenue. You will also lay the foundation for a future sales organization and position yourself to become Head of Sales. **Expectations** - 2‑5 years of proven B2B SaaS or Martech sales experience. - Successful track record in outbound acquisition and full‑cycle deal management. - Ability to manage high‑value prospects (CMOs, CEOs, Communications Directors) in mid‑market and scale‑up segments. - Strong business acumen, autonomy, and a “builder” mindset, ready to scale the sales function within the company. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Outbound Strategy & Execution** – Identify and map decision‑makers in target firms; develop multi‑channel campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lemlist) to generate qualified leads. 2. **Consultative Selling & Evangelization** – Demonstrate the Odace+ platform’s transformation potential (order, supervision, analytics, AI); tailor value propositions to address clients’ social‑media chaos. 3. **Deal Negotiation & Closing** – Build tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and secure subscription agreements that maximize monthly recurring revenue. 4. **Pipeline & Forecast Management** – Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM, provide realistic revenue forecasts, and report on key metrics. 5. **Foundational Team Building** – Lay groundwork for downstream sales operations, identify future hires, and create processes that support a scalable sales org. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lemlist). - Structured sales methodology application (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger). - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Digital & SaaS product mindset; understanding of marketing technology ROI. - Self‑driven, high‑energy, goal‑oriented, comfortable operating autonomously. - Negotiation and closing expertise, with a focus on MRR growth. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Relevant sales or technology certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) preferred but not mandatory. ---
