**Job Title:** Marketing Specialist – Fashion (Entry‑Level, Contract until May 2026)
**Role Summary:**
Support a large apparel brand’s digital marketing operations by managing website and blog content, aligning cross‑channel messaging, and analyzing performance. The role requires independent execution of CMS tasks, quality assurance, and data‑driven recommendations to optimize content during peak periods.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate, timely content updates across site, blog, PLP/PDP, and email channels.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Provide actionable performance insights and uphold high QA standards.
- Operate autonomously while collaborating with creative, regional, and technical teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with Creative, regional, and cross‑functional teams to hand off assets and launch site/blog content.
2. Build, schedule, and QA content in the CMS; manage end‑to‑end asset uploads (site assets, editorial, PLP/PDP, blog).
3. Align content release timelines with app, site, email, and demand‑generation campaigns.
4. Analyze content performance using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, etc.; generate regular reports and optimization recommendations.
5. Conduct continuous QA, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to resolve bugs.
6. Prioritize multiple projects, adapt to shifting timelines, and meet deadlines.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and content uploading processes.
- Strong analytical ability; experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Excellent written communication and detail‑orientation for QA.
- Independent work ethic; problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle ambiguity.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (web, email, app, demand generation).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No specific certifications required; familiarity with analytics or CMS tools is a plus.
