**Job Title**
Artificial Intelligence Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and AI-enhanced features across a unified business operating system. Lead prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, knowledge‑graph construction, and continuous AI quality evaluation to deliver reliable, user‑centric AI products.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years of production ML/AI engineering (not research only).
- Proven track record of shipping AI products that users love.
- Deep expertise with large language models (Claude, GPT‑4, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering).
- Hands‑on experience with LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and evaluation frameworks.
- Comfortable building rapid prototypes with Cursor + Claude code.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build autonomous AI agents for key business functions (CFO, CRO, CSM, CTO, SDR, Recruiter).
- Implement AI features across products such as fraud detection, churn prediction, expense categorization, and lead scoring.
- Design effective prompts and orchestrate fine‑tuning of LLMs for financial and operational workflows.
- Construct and maintain a company knowledge graph using vector databases and RAG systems.
- Evaluate and continuously improve AI models in terms of accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Develop custom models when large language model capabilities are insufficient.
**Required Skills**
- Production ML/AI engineering in Python, Rust, Go, NodeJS.
- Front‑end framework proficiency (Angular, Next.js); mobile (Flutter, Dart).
- Blockchain ecosystem familiarity (Stellar, Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, Sui, Solana, Tron).
- Prompt engineering and LLM fine‑tuning (Claude, GPT‑4).
- Knowledge‑graph design and vector database expertise (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Use of LangChain for building AI pipelines.
- AI evaluation frameworks and metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in ML/AI (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS AI/ML, GCP ML Engineer) are a plus.
