Job Description: **Job Title** Business Development Officer – Cybersecurity **Role Summary** Drive the commercial growth of cybersecurity services for SMBs and large accounts. Act as the primary contact for prospects, qualify opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver solutions. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rates. - Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in IoT, IT/OT, and Web cybersecurity markets. - Maintain regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector. - Develop and manage a client portfolio, targeting decision‑makers. - Co‑create and present commercial proposals and solution pitches for LOOTUS SECURITY and LOOTUS ACADEMY offerings. - Work with technical consultants to align proposals with operational capabilities. - Provide ongoing commercial support throughout project delivery. - Report pipeline status, progress, and conversion metrics to leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven prospecting and negotiation techniques. - Strong written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn. - Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions. - Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, industry regulations, and standards. - Customer‑service orientation, persuasive communication, and relationship‑building. - Autonomous, curious, and collaborative mindset suitable for a small‑team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Business, Engineering, Information Security, or Electronics. - Prior commercial experience in cybersecurity services. ---
