Job Title: Engineering Project Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end management of technical, equipment, and automation projects within a manufacturing environment. Own the project lifecycle from chartering to startup, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence.
Expectations:
- Proven leadership experience managing large or complex engineering projects.
- Strong technical foundation in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Charter, scope, plan, and execute projects ranging from small initiatives to full‑scale upgrades or new equipment installs.
- Define technical requirements, coordinate design with vendors/technical partners, and oversee testing & validation with engineering and startup teams.
- Own critical engineering processes: training, qualification, standard work, and stewardship compliance.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and resources; maintain documentation per standardized processes.
- Lead or support Vendor Acceptance Testing (VAT) ensuring adherence to safety, quality, finance, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve risks and issues quickly, optimizing project delivery.
- Foster collaboration with site, global engineering, vendors, suppliers, and production staff to support operational goals.
Required Skills:
- Project Management (planning, execution, risk, issue resolution).
- Technical knowledge of process, packing, controls, warehouse, and facility equipment.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
