Senior Marketing and Sales Operations Manager
**Role Summary**
The Senior Marketing and Sales Operations Manager drives sales enablement and marketing operations within a fast‑paced adtech/martech ecosystem. The role blends strategic product positioning with the practical delivery of tools, templates, and training that empower the sales organization to win in the marketplace.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑impact sales decks and supporting materials that resonate with diverse buyer personas.
- Maintain precise, up‑to‑date documentation of product knowledge and market insights.
- Ensure seamless operation of the sales‑marketing technology stack, continuously optimizing workflows.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable positioning and messaging guidance.
- Coordinate with international teams to standardize content and practices across the Group.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, update, and manage core sales decks and presentation templates (PowerPoint, Google Slides) per vertical.
2. Act as the primary operational partner for sales before client meetings: adapt, localize, and refine materials.
3. Govern and evolve template libraries, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
4. Steward internal documentation, including product sheets, use cases, and benchmarks, for easy access by all teams.
5. Administer the sales‑marketing tech stack (Pipedrive, Hunter, etc.): configure, maintain, and propose enhancements.
6. Coordinate with the Communications Project Manager to align marketing and communication initiatives.
7. Provide ongoing tool training and support to sales personnel, fostering efficient adoption.
8. Conduct market and competitive analysis, monitoring adtech, martech, and data trends.
9. Partner with Product and Commercial teams to refine positioning and develop targeted messaging.
10. Offer concrete strategic recommendations on sales angles, new use cases, and storytelling evolution.
11. Consolidate benchmarks, sector analyses, and insights into a central knowledge base.
12. Support sales teams in Spain and Portugal (≈15 % of time), ensuring consistent content translation and currency.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in adtech, martech, data, or media environments (publisher, agency, or technology).
- Deep sector knowledge and fluency in the adtech/martech/data ecosystem.
- Fluent in French (irrevocable) and English (spoken & written).
- Proven expertise in sales enablement and deck design (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Experience administering and optimizing a sales‑marketing technology stack (e.g., Pipedrive, Hunter).
- Strong workflow configuration, process improvement, and automation skills.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis.
- Strategic thinking and skill in translating insights into clear, compelling messaging.
- Excellent communication, training, and coaching abilities.
- Project coordination skills and the capacity to work cross‑functionally.
- Attention to detail, quality governance, and a global mind‑set for supporting international teams.
