Job Description

Job title: Field & Administration Quality Assistant Role Summary: Support the quality function by performing on‑line inspections, data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure finished products meet all regulatory and internal standards. Serve as a liaison between production teams and the quality office, maintaining rigorous control over hygiene, product attributes, and non‑conformities. Expectations: - High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset. - Ability to work on production shifts and communicate effectively with operators. - Professionalism combined with firmness and empathy. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct conformance checks on finished products (appearance, weight, temperature, taste). - Verify adherence to hygiene protocols on production lines. - Capture photos and samples of anomalies or lot tracking. - Enter and analyze production data in dashboards and Excel sheets. - Draft non‑conformity reports and control summaries. - Update quality documentation (tech sheets, displays) and file records. Required Skills: - Quality control and inspection techniques. - Data management and analysis using Microsoft Excel. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. - Strong field presence with practical problem‑solving skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Biology, Food Science, or related field. - Minimum of one certified or semi‑certified experience in a quality department (internship or first professional role).
