Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer (Go) **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain mission-critical backend systems for an AI-driven wholesale trading platform, with a focus on real-time messaging, workflow orchestration, and scalable infrastructure. Collaborate directly with the founding team on high-impact features. **Expectations:** - Proven expertise in building, optimizing, and deploying backend systems in production environments. - Ability to design and implement complex workflows for order lifecycle management. - Experience in distributed systems and real-time data processing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and optimize gRPC services for real-time trading systems. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go using Temporal/Cadence for workflow orchestration. - Architect multi-party trade negotiation and AI-assisted communication systems. - Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of mission-critical infrastructure. - Conduct code reviews and collaborate with engineers to deliver robust backend solutions. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years of professional Go development experience. - Strong experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration frameworks. - Deep understanding of distributed systems, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers. - Experience with PostgreSQL and complex data modeling. - Track record of end-to-end system ownership and production deployment. - Excellent communication skills for remote, asynchronous collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - N/A.
