Job Description

**Job Title** Maintenance Technician – Warehouse Manager (male/female) **Role Summary** Execute first‑level maintenance of company buildings and facilities, manage warehouse operations, and support field crews. Coordinate external contractors, vehicle upkeep, and inventory controls while maintaining strict adherence to safety and procedural standards. **Expectations** - Deliver proactive, quality maintenance across lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, windows, and furnishings. - Manage warehouse stock, receiving, and tool inventory efficiently. - Support on‑site projects with tool handling, material requisition, and minor construction tasks. - Operate with autonomy, initiative, and collaborative teamwork. **Key Responsibilities** - Inspect building conditions and perform routine repairs (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, windows, furniture). - Supervise and follow up on subcontractor work for specialized tasks. - Maintain outdoor property upkeep. - Coordinate vehicle maintenance, including technical inspections and revisions. - Control warehouse inventory, re‑stocking, and receiving inbound goods. - Organize workshop areas and prepare materials for installers’ daily field operations. - Manage tool inventory, including issuance, maintenance, and bookkeeping. - Conduct regular warehouse inventory checks. - Assist field crews with tool handling, material transport, and procurement of specialized supplies. **Required Skills** - Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on technical proficiency. - Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to enforce them. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Proficient in inventory management software and basic IT tools. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Ability to lift, move, and transport tools and materials. - Valid driving licence (B) and availability to travel for field support. **Required Education & Certifications** - CACES R489 (or willingness to obtain it within 3 months). - Electrical working permit (or readiness to acquire). - Relevant secondary education or technical training in mechanical or facility maintenance. ---
