Job Description

Job title: Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant/SME Role Summary: Lead technical support and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365, driving issue resolution, system enhancements, integrations, and data migration while coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Expactations: - Deliver L2/L3 support for Dynamics 365 modules, addressing break‑fix issues and minor enhancements. - Escalate and liaise with product vendors for L4 issue resolution. - Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, security roles, and data visibility settings. - Ensure platform health through monitoring, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop and support CRM integrations and data migration strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day‑to‑day operational and technical support for Dynamics 365 platform users. - Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported issues across supported modules. - Configure role‑based security, form behavior, and record visibility. - Coordinate with third‑party vendors for advanced issue resolution. - Implement system updates, patching, and performance tuning. - Design and develop custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and configurable business rules. - Build and maintain SQL Server database queries and reports. - Create Power BI dashboards and visualizations for end‑user reporting. - Document solutions, best practices, and configuration changes. Required Skills: - 8–12 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dynamics CRM). - Extensive experience in Dynamics CRM integrations and data migration. - Deep knowledge of custom workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting. - Strong working proficiency in SQL Server, including queries and reporting. - Ability to develop scripts and customizations in JavaScript. - Experience delivering enterprise‑level CRM support. - Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Dynamics 365 Consultant or equivalent) are highly desirable.
