Job Description: **Job Title** Facilitator / Mastermind Coach (French‑speaking) **Role Summary** Independent professional responsible for designing, facilitating, and delivering mastermind‑style workshops and collective coaching programs for CEOs and senior executives across France and Francophone regions. Works within the CVS France network to expand the “Le Cercle Vertueux” brand and support entrepreneur groups. **Expectations** - Operate as an independent contractor with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. - Fluent in French (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus. - Ability to lead both in‑person and virtual sessions for senior business leaders. - Proactive in building and managing a dedicated mastermind group. - Available for scheduled introductory video call (Feb 17) and subsequent interview steps. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, plan, and facilitate quarterly in‑person seminars, workshops, masterclasses, and online modules. - Lead mastermind groups, guiding entrepreneurs through strategic development and peer learning. - Collaborate with CVS France headquarters and partner experts to align program content with the “Le Cercle Vertueux” methodology. - Manage participant communications, logistics, and post‑session follow‑up. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of collective coaching offerings. - Ensure confidentiality and professionalism with senior executive clientele. **Required Skills** - Advanced facilitation and group‑dynamic coaching techniques. - Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. - Proven experience working with CEOs, founders, or senior managers. - Self‑management and ability to work autonomously in a remote/independent capacity. - Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms). - Entrepreneurial insight and understanding of business growth challenges. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Psychology, Coaching, Management, or related field. - Recognized coaching or facilitation certification (e.g., ICF, NLP, Agile Coaching) preferred. - Relevant professional experience in executive coaching, consultancy, or facilitation.
