Job Title: Business Development Partner (Freelance) Role Summary: Source qualified business opportunities for Hanami Studio, a freelance web‑design and branding agency. Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, present the studio’s services, and facilitate client introductions while the studio manages project scoping, invoicing, and production. Expectations: - Independent, self‑directed professional (freelancer, entrepreneur, student, or independent contractor). - Strong networking skills and an existing client or contact base. - Genuine interest in web, design, digital commerce or entrepreneurship. - Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to long‑term collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify prospects (entrepreneurs, brands, enterprises, freelancers). - Introduce potential clients to Hanami Studio’s branding, web, visual identity, and digital support services. - Manage and nurture initial client relationships to secure signed and paid contracts. - Report opportunities and outcomes to the studio. - Earn commission only when a contract is signed and invoiced, with pre‑agreed percentage and no cap on earnings. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Relationship‑building and sales acumen; ability to maintain a referral network. - Basic understanding of web design, digital marketing, or brand strategy beneficial. - Self‑motivation and proactive outreach within existing network. Required Education & Certifications: - No specific education or certification required. - Any professional background acceptable; prior experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
