**Job Title:** Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead regional growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives across multiple locations, focusing on sales, referral expansion, and team leadership. **Expectations:** Drive revenue and market competitiveness by aligning local strategies with organizational goals, managing budgets, and fostering stakeholder relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to increase referrals, patient exams, and revenue. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align initiatives with organizational objectives. - Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI. - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, dentists, and community organizations. - Supervise Community Relations Representatives, supporting referral-building initiatives, local events, and promotional campaigns. - Track performance using CRM data, provide data-driven coaching, and report insights to leadership. - Conduct site visits for mentorship and operational support across a four-state territory (FL, OK, AR, MO). **Required Skills:** - Advanced communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Strong project management, budgeting, and team management expertise. - Knowledge of sales and marketing strategy execution. - Proficiency in CRM and business management software; intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 3+ years multi-location sales/marketing management experience; healthcare/service industry experience preferred. - 1+ year in a Community Relations Representative role with Smile Doctors or affiliated practices.
