Job title: VP, Director of Marketing & Brand
Role Summary: Senior leader who designs and executes a data‑driven, enterprise‑wide marketing strategy for multiple financial entities, balancing legacy brand stewardship with measurable business impact, and driving growth through integrated initiatives.
Expectations:
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing, cross‑functional marketing team.
- Develop and maintain strategic clarity, creative vision, and disciplined execution in partnership with executive leadership.
- Leverage analytics, AI, and marketing technology to inform decisions, optimize performance, and achieve measurable contributions to mortgage pipelines, account openings, and funded loan/deposit outcomes.
- Steward legacy brands while engaging new customer segments and responding to evolving market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise and company‑level marketing strategies aligned with each entity’s goals, audiences, and product lines.
- Lead market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to shape positioning, messaging, and strategic direction.
- Ensure consistent brand expression, voice, and experience across all channels and touchpoints.
- Establish marketing priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, and performance dashboards covering awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Partner with mortgage lending and deposit product teams to align marketing plans with production targets and improve conversion outcomes.
- Drive data‑informed decision making, integrating AI and advanced analytics to enhance targeting, personalization, and workflow efficiency.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learning within the marketing function.
- Build team capability in analytics‑enabled marketing and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in marketing, strategy, analytics, product, pricing, or revenue‑related roles.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing high‑performing marketing functions.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, CPM, CMO, CMA, or advanced analytics certificates) are preferred but not mandatory.
