Job Description
**Job Title:** Influencer Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Support the execution and management of influencer marketing initiatives focused on lifestyle, fitness, and family categories. Coordinate onboarding, communications, performance tracking, gifting, and event logistics to drive partner engagement and brand objectives. **Expectations:** - Successfully onboard and maintain relationships with at least 30 active influencer partners per quarter. - Deliver accurate weekly performance reports and KPI data to internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel or Tableau tasks (macros, pivot tables, data linking). - Identify and leverage generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate welcome communications and onboarding documentation for new influencers. - Manage day‑to‑day influencer communications, including promotional calendars, campaign briefs, and product feeds. - Maintain program management tools and compile weekly reports on influencer performance and engagement. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Buying, Merchandising, Social, Tech) to support campaigns and track deliverables. - Collect and organize data for program KPIs, preparing performance reports and supporting test‑and‑learn initiatives. - Manage influencer gifting programs: inventory tracking, shipping logistics, and content delivery documentation. - Assist in planning and executing influencer events and activations. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros, VBA). - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or equivalent. - Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing practices. - Ability to use generative AI tools and identify optimization opportunities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
