**Job Title:** Chief of Staff to Founder
**Role Summary:**
A strategic right‑hand partner who transforms the founder’s vision into executable plans, manages complex calendars, and streamlines executive operations across business, investment, and personal spheres. Responsible for anticipating needs, prioritizing initiatives, and maintaining confidentiality while driving momentum and leveraging the founder’s time.
**Expectations:**

- Anticipate priorities, surface trade‑offs, and proactively solve problems before they arise.
- Serve as the primary thought partner, providing concise research, briefs, and recommendations that enable decisive action.
- Maintain a clear, goal‑oriented operating rhythm that balances business, investments, advisory roles, travel, and personal commitments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Executive Partnership & Strategic Support** – Partner on day‑to‑day operations, manage bandwidth, prepare briefs, track commitments, and safeguard confidentiality.
- **Calendar Ownership & Operating Cadence** – Own the founder’s calendar as a strategic tool, design sustainable weekly/monthly rhythms, run purposeful meetings, and coordinate agendas and follow‑ups.
- **Business, Investment & Project Support** – Lead project management across brand, investments, media, real estate, and philanthropy; prepare materials for investor and partner meetings; liaise with external advisors.
- **Communication & Relationship Management** – Act as a polished extension of the founder, manage day‑to‑day communications, ensure commitments are honored, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- **Holistic Founder & Family Schedule Ownership** – Coordinate intersecting professional and personal schedules, resolve conflicts, and create predictability for family logistics without managing household chores.
- **Travel, Properties & Logistics** – Arrange complex domestic/international travel, prepare itineraries and briefs, interface with property managers and vendors, and maintain long‑term planning calendars.
- **Systems, Structure & Continuous Improvement** – Build/refine systems to reduce cognitive load, organize information, identify operational gaps, and continuously improve the executive ecosystem.
**Required Skills:**

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, digital calendaring, project management tools, and messaging platforms.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or related field.
- 5+ years of high‑level support for founders, CEOs, investors, or senior executives.
- Proven autonomy and discretion in fast‑moving settings.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business experience (preferred).
