Job Title: Account Executive (Hybrid)
Role Summary:
Account executives identify, pursue, and close new B2B opportunities within targeted mid‑market and enterprise accounts. They manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract signing, and maintain a robust pipeline to forecast revenue accurately.
Expactations:
- Own a defined territory and account‑based plan focused on net‑new revenue.
- Execute outbound, social, LinkedIn, and referral‑driven prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Lead discovery calls, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide transparent pipeline status.
- Collaborate with demand strategists to tailor solutions and articulate value across demand generation, ABM, intent‑driven marketing, and brand‑to‑demand.
- Operate independently while sharing insights with cross‑functional sales and GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory and account‑based business plan targeting net‑new revenue.
- Prospect new and existing accounts using outbound, social, and referral strategies.
- Drive full‑cycle sales execution: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Build and sustain a healthy, accurate pipeline to support forecasting.
- Conduct sales conversations, discovery calls, and solution demos with mid‑market and enterprise buyers.
- Partner with demand strategists to design custom, performance‑driven solutions.
- Position the company’s value proposition across demand generation, ABM, intent‑driven marketing, and brand‑to‑demand.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide clear visibility into deal progress.
- Operate autonomously, contributing insights to sales and GTM teams.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in a quota‑carrying B2B sales role, preferably as an account executive.
- Proven success in a hunter / new business acquisition role.
- Background in demand generation, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing services.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills across LinkedIn, email, and network‑driven selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time‑management, pipeline discipline, and self‑motivation.
- Comfortable working with minimal oversight and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and grow a book of business and maintain accurate pipeline metrics.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
