**Job Title** Senior Salesforce Engineer – Financial Services Cloud **Role Summary** Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that support sales, service, marketing, and financial processes for a banking organization. Lead integration, automation, data governance, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy. - Continuously improve platform functionality and user experience. - Mentor junior team members and share best practices. - Adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple concurrent priorities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions based on business requirements. 2. Evaluate and recommend AppExchange products to extend platform capabilities. 3. Administer Salesforce: create custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules. 4. Build and maintain automation (workflows, approval processes, flows). 5. Enforce data governance: audits, data quality, and compliance standards. 6. Design and execute test plans for solution validation. 7. Lead and support integrations with external banking systems, ensuring consistency and data flow. 8. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers; serve as subject‑matter expert. 9. Create and maintain knowledge resources; share industry trends and new Salesforce features. 10. Present technical ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Required Skills** - 7+ years Salesforce experience, 3+ years in Financial Services Cloud or related financial implementation. - Proficiency in Salesforce administration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and deployment in banking environments. - Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and service methodologies (account, territory, opportunity, lead nurturing). - Expertise in data integration, APIs, and data governance. - Analytical skills with experience in reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, SAS BI, MS Power BI, Tableau). - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. - Ability to diagram business processes and recommend improvements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Salesforce certifications preferred: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer (or equivalent).
