**Job Title:** Senior Java Developer / Lead **Role Summary** Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of domain expertise in banking/financial services to lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale applications. Requires technical leadership, architectural contributions, and deep knowledge of banking systems. **Expectations** 10+ years hands-on Java development. Mandatory banking domain experience. Demonstrated leadership in application architecture and security/compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead design/development of large-scale banking applications - Architect and build microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot - Mentor junior developers; provide technical guidance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement banking requirements - Enforce security, compliance, and regulatory standards - Conduct code reviews; optimize performance, scalability, and reliability - Manage integrations with internal/external banking systems - Resolve production issues; perform root-cause analysis - Participate in technology decisions and architectural planning **Required Skills** - Java (Core, Java 8+), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA - Banking/financial services domain expertise - Payments processing, transaction management, risk/compliance/KYC - RESTful API, microservices architecture - SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ) - Security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT) - Git, CI/CD pipelines - Agile/Scrum methodologies **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years total IT experience.
