Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative **Role Summary:** Provides customer service and administrative support within a warehouse and agricultural supply environment, focusing on billing, inventory management, and administrative tasks. **Expectations:** Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, organization, and adaptability to evolving priorities. Collaborate effectively with teams while independently managing administrative and operational responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and visitors; process invoices via software programs using purchase orders and sales tickets. - Maintain accurate pricing records and update billing transactions in accounting systems. - Monitor and reconcile inventory through shipping documents and product movement tracking. - Coordinate inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage daily deposits/sales reports. - Transmit purchase orders and bills to headquarters; maintain employee certification files. - Support marketing efforts, handle phone inquiries, and assist with meetings and local errands as needed. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal/written communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in data entry, inventory software, and basic accounting systems. - Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. - Team collaboration and independent work capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related work experience preferred. - Valid driver’s license with capability to operate locally as needed. - Ability to maintain documentation for certifications (e.g., pesticide licenses) for personnel.
