Job Description
**Job Title** Internal Sales Representative – Performance Adhesives & Coatings **Role Summary** The Internal Sales Representative drives growth for the Performance Adhesives and Specialty Coatings (CASE) portfolio. Based in Quebec, the role supports the national sales team by pre‑qualifying prospects, managing a portfolio of small to medium accounts, and providing strategic enablement to external field sales. The incumbent will generate new business, maintain customer relationships, and deliver accurate sales forecasting and territory planning. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the CASE product lines. - Expand the customer base within the assigned territory through prospecting and account development. - Provide high‑level service and reliable support to field sales representatives, enabling them to focus on large‑value opportunities. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM and deliver timely reports on sales activity and market trends. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquire and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the full CASE product portfolio. - Identify, qualify and cultivate new accounts; assess the sales potential of Quadra products within the territory. - Build credibility and trust with customers through consistent, professional interaction. - Record and track all sales activities in the CRM, including contact details, sales calls, sample requests and opportunity status. - Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and update territory plans with the Sales Director. - Report changes in market trends, customer concerns, competitive activity and other business insights. - Participate in product‑training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness. - Attend sales meetings as directed by the Director and collaborate on joint planning for key accounts. - Maintain a minimum of five developing key accounts, scheduling pre‑meeting agendas with the sales team. **Required Skills** - Proven sales experience, preferably in chemicals, coatings or related technical products. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English. - Ability to explain technical product benefits and translate them into business value. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools. - Excellent organization, time‑management and follow‑through. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Postsecondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Commerce or a related field. - Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and verbal). ---
