Strategy, Content, and Communications Lead
**Role Summary**
Deliver integrated strategic communications that build client credibility and drive stakeholder buy‑in. Lead the creation, amplification, and measurement of narrative assets across 4C dimensions (Craft, Connect, Credibility, Catalyze). Own end‑to‑end client relationships, ensuring high‑impact storytelling, media execution, executive positioning, and crisis readiness while leveraging technology to optimize processes and outcomes.
**Expectations**
- 8+ years of client‑facing experience in communications, PR, consulting, or content strategy with proven measurable impact.
- Mastery of persuasive writing for diverse formats (blogs, white papers, speeches, social media, media releases).
- Demonstrated agility in learning new domains, tools, and frameworks quickly.
- Resilience under tight deadlines, ability to receive and apply direct feedback.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Craft and refine strategic narratives (copy, infographics, video scripts) aligned with client objectives using frameworks such as OAR and Whole Brain® Thinking.
2. Design and execute amplification plans via media outreach, presses, social media, webinars, podcasts, and digital campaigns; prioritize actions with OASIS and Eisenhower Matrix; analyse results to iterate.
3. Build client credibility by supporting executive thought leadership, media training, spokesperson coaching, employee engagement, change communications, and crisis response.
4. Own client relationship lifecycle from kickoff through partnership maintenance; translate audience insights into communication solutions that achieve buy‑in.
5. Deploy and integrate content, analytics, and project‑management tools; continuously evaluate emerging platforms to enhance efficiency and impact.
6. Collaborate internally and with external partners to ensure cohesive, high‑quality deliverables.
**Required Skills**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication across multiple media.
- Visual storytelling and multimedia asset creation (infographics, video scripts).
- Proficiency with content creation suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening tools), and project‑management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with communication frameworks (OAR, OASIS, Whole Brain® Thinking).
- Strategic planning, audience segmentation, and brand alignment.
- Crisis management, media relations, and executive communications.
- Quantitative literacy for measuring audience impact.
- Time‑management, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in PR, strategic communications, or leadership (e.g., APR, CPLP, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) are desirable but not mandatory.
