Job Description
**Job Title:** Social Relations & Legal Officer **Role Summary:** Support the HR department in managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and handling social dialogue across multiple sites. Act as a trusted advisor to management on labor law matters, lead internal investigations, and maintain up‑to‑date HR documentation and quality certifications. **Expectations:** - Ensure constructive social climate and compliance with French labor legislation. - Deliver accurate, timely advice to managers and senior leadership. - Manage sensitive cases and legal disputes with confidentiality and diplomacy. - Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and organise CSE meetings (agenda, minutes, mandatory consultations, BDESE). - Advise management and support managers on collective labor law and HR policies. - Lead or co‑lead internal investigations; propose corrective actions and monitor implementation. - Track and manage prud’homal cases, liaise with external counsel, and collect evidentiary material. - Conduct legal research and maintain ongoing statutory and collective‑agreement monitoring. - Verify and update mandatory postings and ensure regulatory compliance. - Draft and maintain legal documents (DUERP, RPS policy, HR notes, collective agreements, internal procedures). - Ensure document security, consistency, and traceability. - Support the company’s quality certification maintenance and HR process optimization. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of French labor law and collective relations. - Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills. - High level of rigor, autonomy, and discretion. - Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; diplomatic interpersonal style. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑site environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (M1/M2) in Social Law, Labor Law, Human Resources, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in social relations, HR legal affairs, or a comparable role (excluding apprenticeship). - No specific certifications required; professional legal qualification is a plus.
