**Job Title** Social Relations Manager (Gender-neutral) **Role Summary** Lead and manage all social and collective labor relations for a medium‑sized organization (≈550 employees). Oversee the planning and execution of social policies, collective negotiations, professional elections, and enterprise social committee (CSE) activities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with organizational strategy. **Expectations** - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in social affairs or labor relations, preferably within the social economy or solidarity sector. - Proven ability to translate policy into operational outcomes and measurable results. - Strong analytical capacity, discretion, and a proactive, autonomous work style. - Recognized for excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and maintain the social calendar, prepare and co‑facilitate meetings with Representatives (RP). - Lead collective bargaining: draft, negotiate, and enforce collective agreements. - Organize and oversee professional elections and CSE operations. - Monitor and interpret changes in social law and ensure regulatory compliance. - Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives that balance workforce engagement, working conditions, and business performance. **Required Skills** - Expertise in labor law, collective bargaining, and enterprise social structures. - Advanced negotiation, dialogue, and stakeholder management. - Strategic thinking and problem‑solving under complex, dynamic conditions. - Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual or multilingual capability preferred. - Proficiency with HR information systems and regulatory reporting tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field. - Professional certification in labor relations or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent) is advantageous.
