Job Title: Senior Azure DevOps Developer Role Summary: Lead end-to-end CI/CD pipeline design, management, and optimization using Azure DevOps tools, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and secure software delivery. Provide technical expertise to development, infrastructure, and security teams to align with organizational goals. Expectations: Deliver scalable DevOps solutions with a focus on automation, cloud integration, and continuous improvement. Maintain high availability of deployment processes while adhering to security and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML/Classic). - Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to optimize build, deployment, and maintenance workflows. - Configure Azure DevOps service connections, manage identities, and implement secure secrets management. - Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues, resolve deployment failures, and enforce rollback strategies. - Collaborate on compliance documentation (e.g., SOX) and audit readiness. - Coach teams on DevOps best practices and identify opportunities for pipeline optimization. - Evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps tools/technologies to enhance delivery pipelines. Required Skills: - Azure DevOps expertise (YAML/Classic pipelines, deployment targets). - Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). - Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment strategies, and cloud resource management (Azure preferred). - Cybersecurity knowledge (identity management, secure DevOps practices). - Complex problem-solving and cross-team communication/collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering. - 5+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
