Job Title: Replenishment Analyst
Job Description: **Job Title:** Replenishment Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for optimizing inventory and sales performance for top customers in the CPG sector, ensuring timely product delivery through data‑driven analysis, forecasting, and collaboration with demand planning, supply chain, and retail partner teams. **Expectations:** - Maintain accurate inventory levels and forecast adjustments. - Deliver actionable insights via dashboards and weekly reports. - Resolve supply‑chain gaps and out‑of‑stock issues proactively. - Support new item onboarding for Walmart and Sam’s Club. - Communicate findings to sales, marketing, and senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage customer orders, forecast recommendations, and inventory opportunities. - Partner with demand and supply planning to align forecasts with execution. - Coordinate with fulfillment teams to address supply issues. - Compile, analyze, and present large data sets; develop and maintain analytical dashboards tracking POS data. - Produce weekly recaps covering sales performance, in‑stock rates, OTIF, and SQEP metrics. - Provide ad‑hoc analytical support for presentations and strategic initiatives. - Liaise with retailer replenishment teams on forecasts, OOS, and supply‑chain concerns. - Oversee new item creation processes (Walmart Item 360, Sam’s Club IDM). **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail. - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experienced with data visualization/dashboard tools. - Knowledge of Walmart Retail Link platforms (Scintilla, Supplier One, Madrid, IDM, NOVA, OTIF). - Familiarity with syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen, Circana) and sales performance metrics. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. - Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking mindset. - Willingness to travel up to 10%. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 3 years experience in CPG sales or replenishment, preferably within Club or Mass channels (Walmart/Sam’s Club). - Prior experience in inventory management or supply chain analytics.
