Job Description
**Job Title** Assistant Partnerships & Brand Content **Role Summary** Internship supporting the commercial and operational activities of a media sales agency. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing sales materials, managing client briefs, contributing to brand‑content ideation, and updating the CRM. **Expectations** - Demonstrate curiosity and structured approach to media and innovation. - Actively engage in multiple prospecting channels and maintain accurate data. - Proactively support the creation of media kits, pitches, and case studies. - Follow up on projects with production teams and strengthen partner relationships. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, qualify, and pursue prospects (advertisers, agencies, institutions). - Conduct multi‑channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, industry events, and trade shows. - Prepare and deliver Bloom Media presentations and commercial proposals. - Update and maintain CRM records; track engagement metrics. - Analyze advertiser briefs and assist in ideation of brand‑content formats. - Monitor media, social content, and format innovation trends. - Draft media and creative recommendations. - Keep media kit current and create decks, one‑pagers, and case studies. - Highlight KPIs of past campaigns in sales materials. - Liaise with partners and production teams to monitor project progress. - Contribute to continual improvement of advertising offerings. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication in English (French/French‑English optional). - Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. - Good analytical and research abilities. - Creative thinking and ability to translate briefs into actionable content. - Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented. - Team player comfortable working collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in a business, communication, or media‑related undergraduate program. - Interest in media, culture, and innovation; knowledge of contemporary media formats desirable.
