Job Description
**Job Title** Private Equity Real Estate & Asset Management Analyst **Role Summary** Support the investment and asset‑management teams within a growing real‑estate investment firm. Responsibilities span the full investment life cycle – from financial modeling and market analysis to drafting investment memoranda, participating in investment committees, and assisting in due‑diligence processes. In asset management, deliver performance reporting, monitor cash flows, aid in property sales and restructuring, and oversee on‑site operations. Additionally contribute to internal tool optimisation and prepare presentations for meetings and conferences. **Expectations** - 6‑month internship or gap year in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment. - Work under senior leadership, taking a lead role on projects and presenting findings to stakeholders. - Demonstrate strong analytical rigour, independence, entrepreneurial drive, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and update financial models (DCF, cash‑flow scenarios) and produce business plans. - Conduct market and sector research, including competitor analysis and macro‑economic trends. - Draft investment memoranda and investment deck contents for committee review. - Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, maintain the opportunity pipeline, and manage NDAs and outreach with agents. - Liaise with external advisors (notaries, lawyers, auditors, technical experts) during due‑diligence. - Produce periodic performance reports, manage capital calls, and track distributions. - Update business plans and assess investment return metrics. - Support asset disposals – conduct site visits, manage data‑rooms, and coordinate with sale teams. - Assist restructuring initiatives: coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants on construction budgets and progress. - Oversee property management and maintenance vendor activities. - Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external meetings. - Investigate and implement productivity tools (AI, software, workflows) to enhance team efficiency. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Monte‑Carlo simulations). - Advanced PowerPoint for clear, data‑driven presentations. - Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities. - Ability to interpret market data and produce actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French language a plus. - Self‑motivated, organized, precise with a high sense of ownership. - Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled or graduated with a Bachelor’s+4 / Master’s (equivalent to 5‑year program). - Field of study: Business School or Engineering School, specializing in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline. - Prior internship or work experience in Finance, Audit, or Real‑Estate is preferred but not mandatory.
