Job Description

Job Title: Data & AI Consultant Intern Role Summary: Internship focused on data intelligence across analysis, modeling, visualization and AI integration, supporting senior advisors in crafting insights and dashboards for clients. Expectations: Implement end‑to‑end data processes, develop dashboards, conduct market research, and collaborate cross‑regionally on BI projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, transform and structure data from diverse sources (ERP, internal databases, Microsoft Power Platform). - Design, validate and maintain robust data models for reporting and analytics. - Optimize existing Power BI dashboards, automate recurring reports and embed AI‑driven features (e.g., chatbot or predictive widgets). - Perform market benchmarks and propose new Data‑Intelligence offerings based on analysis. - Produce clear reports, visualisations and training guides for internal teams. - Present findings in client and internal meetings. - Work closely with Swiss colleagues on joint BI initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills with foundational knowledge of data analysis and database design. - Experience with Power BI or equivalent data‑visualisation tools. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Curiosity, independent thinking and a collaborative mindset. - Basic proficiency in English (professional level) and comfortable communicating technical concepts. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrolment in a Master’s program specializing in Data Science, Business Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent. ---
