Job Description
**Job Title:** Intern – Group Management Control & M&A **Role Summary:** Internship in Group Management Control, supporting performance reporting, financial forecasting, and M&A activities across the corporate structure. **Expectations:** - Deliver regular branch‑level analytical reports (growth, profitability, free cash flow, key performance indicators). - Participate in annual forecasts and quarterly/semi‑annual financial publications. - Conduct ad‑hoc studies: sector‐specific, profitability, competitive, and country/branch analyses. - Support M&A projects by evaluating investment/divestment opportunities and reviewing business plans for the finance committee. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and present activity and performance reports for each business unit. - Analyse working‑capital items to produce cash‑flow forecasts. - Contribute to end‑of‑year budgeting and forecasting cycles. - Compile and disseminate quarterly and semi‑annual financial updates. - Execute special studies requested by senior management (e.g., market, profit‑margin, competitive benchmarking). - Assist the M&A team with due diligence, investment assessment, and presentation of M&A proposals to the Finance Committee. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling). - PowerPoint for clear, concise presentations. - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. - Effective written and oral communication in English (operational level). - Collaborative team player with initiative, rigor, and synthesis skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree plus 4–5 years of study (Bac+4/5). - Graduate from a business school or holding a Master’s in Audit, Management Control, or Finance. - Prior internship experience in Management Control or Audit. ---
