Combines business development with client service to expand Russell Investments’ institutional market presence. **Expectations:** - Drive growth through strategic OCIO sales and client relationship management in Canada. - Deliver tailored portfolio solutions and enhance client retention. - Execute sales strategies aligned with growth objectives while supporting cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop territory plans, identify new OCIO prospects using data-driven insights, and execute sales strategies. 2. Advise on asset allocation, liability-driven investing (LDI), and sustainable investment strategies. 3. Manage key institutional client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional service. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver unified client solutions and maintain CRM records. 5. Ensure compliance with Canadian regulatory requirements for institutional clients. **Required Skills:** - 5–8+ years in institutional investment sales, client management, or advisory roles. - Expertise in capital markets, investment policy, strategic asset allocation, and portfolio construction. - Proven success engaging retirement plans, endowments, and foundations. - Strong presentation, communication, and consensus-building abilities. - Registration as an advising representative (portfolio manager). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s, CFA, or actuarial designation (FCIA/ACIA/ASA) preferred. - Familiarity with Canadian regulatory frameworks and bilingualism considered an asset.
