Job Description
**Job title** Revenue Operations – Systems Manager **Role Summary** Own and evolve the end‑to‑end GTM system landscape, spearheading rebuilds, clean‑ups, and standardization of tools such as HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat, Gong, and Outreach to support scalable revenue operations across a global SaaS organization. **Expectations** Deliver long‑term system health, enforce data governance, and drive adoption of standardized configuration while collaborating cross‑regionally and aligning with business strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer and roadmap evolution of HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat, Gong, Outreach, and related GTM platforms. - Lead end‑to‑end system rebuilds, including object modeling, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, and integrations. - Assess technical debt and execute clean‑up plans to improve usability, scalability, and data quality. - Translate GTM strategy into system design, establishing naming conventions, documentation and change‑management processes. - Partner with the Data team to enable Reverse‑ETL via BigQuery/Tableau and align warehouse models. - Own testing, release management, enablement, and adoption for major system changes. - Evaluate, select and implement new GTM tools as growth demands. - Collaborate with stakeholders in Asia and Europe, often beyond standard hours, to coordinate parallel initiatives. **Required Skills** - 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems within a B2B SaaS environment. - Hands‑on administration of HubSpot (advanced workflows, custom objects, integrations, governance). - Experience administering CPQ, outreach, and customer success platforms (e.g., DealHub, Outreach, Planhat). - Proven track record of rebuilding/re‑architecting CRM and GTM tooling to reduce complexity and enhance adoption. - Strong understanding of end‑to‑end GTM processes and how system design impacts reporting and scalability. - Proficiency in scripting or configuration management for integrations (e.g., API, middleware, Reverse‑ETL patterns). - Systems‑thinking mindset, bias toward simplification, and strong documentation practices. - Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change across distributed teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. ---
