Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) drives outbound prospecting and early-stage engagement with mid-market and enterprise clients to support sales strategy. Requires a results-driven individual with outbound sales experience, organizational skills, and adaptability in a remote-first, high-growth environment. Expactations: Generate consistent qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain a structured pipeline for target accounts, and execute outbound strategies with precision. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine outreach and qualify opportunities.
