Job Description
Job title: Client Director – Cyber Security Role Summary: Lead enterprise-level consultative acquisition sales, driving revenue growth and strategic client engagement across cybersecurity, cloud, data center, and networking solutions. Develop and execute sales plans, nurture long‑term relationships, and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Expactations: Demonstrate consistent achievement of quarterly/annual sales targets; build a pipeline of qualified opportunities; maintain high client satisfaction and retention; represent the company at executive-level forums; travel 15‑25 % of the time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the cybersecurity and IT solutions portfolio. - Prospect, acquire, and nurture relationships with target clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives. - Collaborate with technical experts to design and present comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. - Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage. - Lead and participate in client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions. - Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and resource needs to senior leadership. - Engage partner OEMs, ISVs, and infrastructure vendors to expand opportunities and add value for clients. Required Skills: - 5+ years of consultative sales experience in cybersecurity and IT solutions, preferably as a 100% hunter. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long‑term client relationships. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, data center, and networking technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Equivalent industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNA) preferred but not mandatory.
