Job Description
Job Title: Executive Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer Role Summary: Strategic and operational advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment between executive decisions and organizational execution, while facilitating cross-departmental coordination and driving modernization initiatives. Expactations: Direct support to the CEO in transforming strategic vision into actionable outcomes, managing high-priority projects, and maintaining decision-making coherence across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Translate CEO directives into concrete action plans, monitor progress, and propose operational solutions. - Provide structured insights, analyses, and decision-making support to enable rapid CEO responses. - Act as a critical challenger, identify risks/opportunities, and prepare CEO messaging for sensitive topics. - Facilitate communication between the executive team and departments, ensuring strategic alignment and information flow. - Design and maintain performance monitoring tools (dashboards, reports) to track progress and risks. - Manage confidential information discreetly, prioritize actions to optimize CEO time, and streamline processes. - Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings and transformation committees. Required Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, communication, stakeholder coordination, and diplomatic negotiation. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, law, economics, or insurance; 5+ years of experience in strategic coordination or executive project leadership.
