Job Description
**Job Title** Director of Enterprise Technology Enablement **Role Summary** Lead the design, integration, and future‑state architecture of enterprise systems to support scalable growth, data‑driven decision making, and AI‑enabled workflows. Act as the senior business partner to Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and People & Culture, and own the 3–5 year technology enablement roadmap across commerce, ERP, CRM, and operational platforms. **Expectations** * Own enterprise architecture strategy and systems integration practices. * Deliver enterprise‑wide roadmaps, prioritize platform investments, and manage change readiness for major system transformations. * Champion AI governance, ethical use, and alignment with business goals. * Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data flows across all enterprise systems. * Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement end‑to‑end solutions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and maintain enterprise architecture, data domains, and integration standards. 2. Develop and execute a 3–5 year technology enablement roadmap and platform selection plan. 3. Lead cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., commerce, HCM, digital personalization) and design seamless data flows among commerce, ERP, CRM, finance, supply‑chain, and manufacturing systems. 4. Oversee systems integration strategy: APIs, middleware, data synchronization, governance, and vendor coordination. 5. Prepare the organization for major system implementations (ERP, CMS, AI) by aligning people, processes, data, and applications. 6. Own AI strategy: prioritize use cases, define governance, set guardrails, and monitor business impact. 7. Work with functional leaders to establish transformation roadmaps, sequencing, and change‑management plans. 8. Serve as the primary technology advisor for finance, supply chain, operations, retail, and HR leaders. 9. Evaluate and recommend enterprise platforms, partner with IT services for delivery, and oversee adoption. **Required Skills** * Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF or equivalent) * Systems Integration (API strategy, middleware, data flows, governance) * Large‑scale ERP/CRM implementation experience * AI strategy, governance, and ethical considerations * Strategic planning and roadmap development * Cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and change management * Strong communication and influence skills * Project/portfolio management capability **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (master’s preferred). * 10+ years in enterprise technology leadership, including architecture, integration, and transformation. * Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, Scrum Master, or CISSP highly desirable. ---
